The hotel was relaxing and clean with genuinely helpful staff especially at the main lobby reception desk and lobby bar. It was a classic building, the room was brand-new and generous sized on ground level. The location was

During holiday everything was well-maintained and we would love to stay here again. Quirky place with affable and accommodating staff especially at the main lobby reception desk and lobby bar, enjoyed it.  

The hotel is on a perfect and excellent location close to 1 more restaurant as well as the 5th Avenue which is the main and best street in Playa del Carmen. Love visiting new places and it's just a short stroll away from Playacar.  

It has large restaurant and incredible location in the buffet the beach filled with boats. The staff are really helpful and very caring people especially at the main lobby reception desk and lobby 

Clean place with extremely friendly and outstandingly friendly staff and exceptional view on the sunrise. Lots of options for breakfast in the bar. Stunning location close to a plethora of other fun things in the area, in the very green 

Great food variety and freshness at the buffet, with skilled chefs for breakfast and lunch/dinner. Friendly staff and a beautiful beach with available loungers. Convenient walking distance to the main town and a fantastic

Unclean bathroom, bad pillows, bad coffee, temperamental air conditioning, daily charge for wi-fi, very noisy at night...

Its on the beach, staff was extremly nice-amazing.

The beds were hard as rocks. The food needed help!

The food here is amazing, with plenty of great options for meals. The staff are all fantastic and gave us a warm welcome. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

a mini-bar, a flat-screen tv with cable channels and climate control in the room and the very comfy bed. location near to cancun as well as second biggest reef outside of the great barrier.

Hotel was beautifully decorated and special, I loved the stay.

It was in a marvellous location to the coach station on the shuttle. The breakfast was delicious and wonderful with fresh products and mostly fried foods, for instance, and the restaurant's offer was fine.
